What Can I Do For You?
My standard rates are: $10/page for line and
stylistic editing (reviewing grammar, punctuation and spelling; polishing your
prose so that it shines); $12/page for substantial content editing; $15/page
for developmental editing and $20/page for ghostwriting. I critique business
documents of any type for $12.50/page and critique literary work for
$15.50/page.
No hourly rates given. I prefer to take my time with
your documents and be thorough; therefore, I charge by the page and do not work
by the hour.
If you would like me to work on your website
content, I convert your web content to text within a Word document and work on
it there. Thus the above per page charges still apply.
Specialties are the editing and proofreading of blog
posts, newsletters, emails, copy for websites, brochures, et cetera. Emphasis
is on editing, proofreading, and polishing although document creation inquiries
accepted on an individual basis.
My goal is a turn-around time of 48-72 hours from
receipt of documents unless I am working on a book-length manuscript. Book-length
manuscripts require a separate contract and specific terms detailed within that
contract.
Standard procedure involves submitting the work to
be edited to me via email attachment, I complete the work, send you a
Paypal.com invoice, and once the invoice is paid, I send the edited documents
to you via email attachment.
